Shipping policy

At Lilt Tote, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping timelines:

PROCESSING TIME

Ready-to-Ship Items:
Orders containing only ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders with Charms:
Orders that include charms, which are carefully assembled to order, will require 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME

Domestic Shipping (within Australia): Orders are typically delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination:

    • New Zealand: 3–5 business days
    • Asia-Pacific: 3–5 business days
    • United States and Europe: 6–12 business days
    • Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

Please note: These time frames reflect the shipping period after dispatch and are a general guide only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing or unforeseen delays. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Important Notes

  • We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and charms, the entire order will be dispatched together based on the 3–5 day timeline.

Free AU shipping on all orders AUD$55+

Flat rate AU shipping AUD$5 on orders under AUD$55

Add AUD$5 for express shipping

International Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on all orders AUD$250+

Flat rate worldwide shipping AUD$25 on orders under AUD$250

Add AUD$15 for express shipping

All postage rates and shipping thresholds are calculated in AUD. All orders must total the shipping threshold EXCLUDING shipping costs to qualify for free shipping.

International Customers

Import taxes and duties are not covered in the price of your order. Some countries require payment of import taxes and duties to release the goods into your country. You will be contacted by your local postal service if import taxes are to be paid and will be directed to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your item will be delivered. Please check your country’s import taxes and duties prior to placing your order - tax and duty calculators are available on the Internet. Bon Maxie cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Disclaimer

We have chosen our delivery partners based on excellence and quality. There may be times when parcels are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, transport difficulties and strikes. Lilt Tote can not take responsibility for such delays out of our control. Our delivery timeframes do not take into account customs processing and clearance delays as they events are out of our control.

Terms and Conditions

If your order arrives damaged, please get in contact with hello@lilttote.com and we will assist you to get this rectified quickly. 

In the case where a “Return To Sender” package has been received from the postal service due to the customer not having collected the item or entering an incorrect delivery address on the order, Lilt Tote is charged a return to sender postage fee. If the customer pays for the package to be resent, these charges will not be on charged. In the event that the package is not resent, the return to sender charge plus an admin fee may be deducted from the refund total.
