We know you are going to love your new Lilt Tote purchase, but we get it - sometimes things just aren't quite right. That's why we offer a flexible return policy.

Full Priced Items

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with product tags attached. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping fees will not be reimbursed. 

To start a return, click Start Your Return  to complete our return form. Once approved, send your purchase straight back in the post to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Charms

All custom charms are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We’re committed to ensuring the highest quality for our products and will address any issues promptly.

Discount Bundles

Discounted bundles can be returned, but all items in the bundle must be included for a full refund.

Sale Items and Gift Cards 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
